Shimush with Community Rabbonim & Dayanim

A hands-on halachic training program for Rabbonim and advanced students of Torah, focused on the practical application of Halacha , Rabbinics, Pedagogy, and Counseling in real life settings.

Program Overview

This immersive 24-month Shimush program provides guided mentorship, halachic writing opportunities, and real-world rabbinic training. Participants will develop both depth and clarity in applying halacha to the contemporary world.

Core Requirements

1. Weekly Shaylos

● Each participant will interview a Rav and document his actual halachic questions and answers from the week.

● This practice cultivates real-time awareness of halacha in action.

2. Halachic Writing

● Over the course of the program, participants must write at least 5 in-depth halachic articles on practical and modern halachic issues of interest.

● Exact formatting guidelines and sources will be provided.

● Articles will be reviewed and prepared for final publication.

3. Ongoing Halacha Study

● Structured, consistent study of Shulchan Aruch, Poskim, and Teshuvos in areas relevant to day-to-day rabbinic practice.

● 1-2 hours weekly on your time.

● One scheduled monthly courses on Tuesdays evenings. (All courses will be recorded)

4. Two-Year Commitment

● Participants must commit to 24 months of continuous learning, writing, and mentorship.

5. Certification

● Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Special Certificate of Shimush.

● All completed articles will be published collectively as part of the program’s final sefer/journal.
